Users retain full control of their wallets. Paytonpay only provides escrow and cannot access, move, or freeze funds.

5. Payment & Escrow
Funds are held in escrow until trade obligations are met. Neither party can access the other’s assets outside the agreed transaction.

6. User Responsibility
Users must verify counterparties and ensure information is accurate. Paytonpay is not liable for fraudulent or misleading information.

7. Anonymity & Privacy
Users may trade anonymously. Paytonpay collects minimal data and does not sell user information. Users must comply with applicable privacy laws.

8. Appeals & Dispute Resolution
Appeals are resolved within 2 hours; cases with incomplete documentation within 24 hours. Decisions are final and binding.

9. Prohibited Activities
Illegal activities, including money laundering, terrorism financing, and fraud, are prohibited. Accounts may be suspended or terminated for violations.

10. Limitation of Liability
Paytonpay is not responsible for any damages, including loss of funds or profits. Users trade at their own risk.

11. Intellectual Property
All content and trademarks are property of Paytonpay or its licensors. Reproduction or distribution without consent is prohibited.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Paytonpay’s jurisdiction. Users agree to local court jurisdiction for unresolved disputes.

13. Termination
Accounts may be suspended or terminated at Paytonpay’s discretion. Obligations incurred prior to termination remain effective.
